Museum Adventure Pass Available at Palatine Library

Get free or reduced price tickets to museums from your local library!

By Joan Scovic, Publisher, Macaroni Kid Palatine-Barrington October 18, 2019

Museum Adventure Pass is an amazing program that provides free and reduced price tickets to a variety of museums in the Chicagoland area. At the Palatine Public Library, you just need to present your library card at the youth circulation desk on the first floor to get your passes. When you get to the desk, the librarian can share the individual offers for each museum. We have taken advantage of the Brookfield Zoo offer (2 free entries - so we just had to pay a child entry and parking for three people!), and the Legoland BOGO offer.

Passes are available for the following museums:

Aurora Regional Fire Museum

Bess Bower Dunn Museum of Lake County

Bronzeville Children's Museum

Brookfield Zoo (Chicago Zoological Society)

Cantigny Park

Cernan Earth and Space Center at Triton College

Chicago Botanic Garden

Children's Museum in Oak Lawn

Elgin History Museum

Elgin Public Museum

Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center

Illinois Railway Museum

KidsWork Children's Museum

LEGOLAND Discovery Center

Mitchell Museum of the American Indian

Naper Settlement

Oriental Institute Museum

Pleasant Home Foundation

St. Charles Heritage Museum
