Welcome BALL4Training to Palatine

By Katie Walthall, Publisher Mom of Macaroni Kid CaryGrove-Barrington-Palatine October 5, 2017

Here at Macaroni Kid CaryGrove-Barrington-Palatine we love to put the spotlight on local family owned businesses. With that said we would like to extend a big "Welcome!" to a new gym that is not only family owned and operated but also family-friendly. BALL4Training opened just a few short weeks ago in the heart of downtown Palatine.

Owners Todd Love Ball and wife Kasia have made it their mission to build a family oriented gym that provides classes for everyone of all ages. They believe fitness is the love of your body and they are there to help you find that love. They focus on positive energy and uplifting encouragement.

Todd has been in the fitness industry for 15 years and he is excited to bring his expertise to the Northwest suburbs. He is passionate about dance, speed training and kids. On top of having 2 children of his own he coaches kids football with PAFA, a travel track team and runs the kids fitness classes at the gym. You can learn more about their BALL 360 Youth fitness program that is geared towards kids in 3rd through 9th grade on their website.

Kasia has been training for 2 years and her focus is on helping moms balance the business aspect of being a mom while still staying in shape. She runs bootcamps and puts a large emphasis on proper nutrition education. Her goal is to teach moms they can hit the weights and to not be afraid of building strength in their life.

Both Todd and Kasia are passionate about their work in the community but they also take time to bring their mission work to Africa each year. They bring supplies and love to underprivileged kids and families in Kenya. They are starting a foundation called Mama na Baba, which means Mom and Dad in Swahili.

When I stopped by their facility to meet Todd and Kasia I got to see the passion and dedication they have to the business and fitness industry. Their gym has something to offer every member of the family. They really do just want to focus on making you happy.

They have a FREE Health/Fitness/Beauty Expo at their location this Sunday, October 8 from noon- 4:00 pm if you want to stop by, see the new gym and say hi. Plus you get some free health tips, relax for a mini massage, taste test nutritional food samples and more.

Or

Call to set up a FREE consultation. They want you to come in and get comfortable with them and the environment. See what value they can bring to your fitness regimen before you spend any money.
